Refund Policy for Digital Services

MW Tech Ventures Inc. provides digital software access, consultation-based engagements, and related technology services.

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of payment if:

• they were charged in error,
• they cannot access the agreed service,
• or the product materially differs from its description.

Consultation and service engagement terms are confirmed before billing begins. Approved cancellations stop future work but do not automatically refund completed work or delivered digital access.

When payments are required, payment information is processed by a third-party payment provider. MW Tech Ventures Inc. does not store full card numbers.

• attempt unauthorized access,
• resell access without permission,
• use services for illegal or prohibited activity.

Service availability, product access, and custom work may be subject to additional written terms agreed before an engagement begins.
